Substitute Teacher
Description: This application is to be completed if you are applying to substitute teach for Lincoln County Schools.
Qualifications: Must complete on-line application, provide an official college transcript with the minimum of 64 college hours and at least a 2.5 GPA, and provide a valid teaching certificate or emergency substitute teaching certificate. You must also complete a Federal and State fingerprint background check and a Child Abuse/Neglect check, as required by Kentucky law. Applicants are responsible to pay for these background checks.
Once you are hired, you will receive an email with additional new hire paperwork and tasks. When all paperwork/tasks are complete and your background checks returned, you will be sent a letter with required trainings and online job access information.
